TECHNOLOGY & SUPPLY CHAIN

What we develop, we also supply

Technology and supply are one operation here: the plant that develops the coating and sputtering processes also sources the raw material, casts the base film and holds the finished stock.

Aliphatic TPU substrate, elastic thermal-repair coating and vacuum magnetron sputtering are developed and run in house — dual-direction 12-target sputtering, more than 36 sputterable metals, covered by several patents.

Supply runs on two tracks: imported TPU pellets for premium grades, domestically produced pellets for volume grades; base film, master rolls and cured stock are all held in house.

Where the technology actually runs

Vacuum chamber, R&D lab, slitting and inline inspection, curing room and RTO exhaust treatment.

CORE TECHNOLOGY

Core Technology

From aliphatic TPU substrate and self-repair coating to vacuum magnetron sputtering lines — key processes developed and produced in-house across the full chain.

Paint Protection Film (PPF)

01

TPU Aliphatic Substrate

The substrate uses aliphatic polyester (polycaprolactone PCL), with a high degree of hydrogen bonding for superior mechanical and light-resistance; the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer nature brings soft stretch and self-restoring scratches.

02

Self-repair · Thermal-repair Coating

Proprietary ultra-yellowing-resistant and continuous thermal-repair infused coating; the surface coating is an elastic memory-repair material that quickly rebounds from minor scratches at room temperature. Test condition: 40℃/80℃ alternating for 168h, 150% stretch without cracking.

03

Yellowing Resistance

Aliphatic curing agent resists yellowing and is styrene-free to prevent cracking; the coating focuses on yellowing resistance, rain-spot resistance and lasting brightness. Gloss PPF yellowing rate ≤20% over five years.

04

Nano Coating · Hydrophobic Self-cleaning

Polyurethane acrylate system ensures brightness, cross-linked anti-stain additives ensure permanent effectiveness; excellent water repellency and self-cleaning keep the film from yellowing and easy to clean.

05

High-adhesion Adhesive

Adhesive SA value reaches 92%+, no silicone transfer affecting adhesion; stable thickness control and uniform adhesive layer ensure no delamination and reliable installation.

Window Film

06

Vacuum Magnetron Sputtering

Fourth-generation most advanced film-making process: in a vacuum, electric ions orderly bombard precious-metal targets, magnetic field controls uniform sputtering of metal ions onto optical-grade PET substrate, depositing a metal coating layer.

07

Nine-layer Metallic Spiral · Anti-shatter

The unique nine-layer metallic spiral structure delivers outstanding safety and anti-shatter performance; in an accident it bonds shattered glass together, preventing flying fragments from harming occupants.

08

Precious-metal Targets

Nickel, silver, titanium, gold, indium, copper, aluminum and other precious-metal targets are all selected from world-class suppliers, ensuring stable quality and heat-insulation performance.

09

Nano Multi-layer Coating

PET substrate + silver-oxide metal reflection layer + IR absorption layer + UV absorption layer; nano coating resists stains and scratches, special light-shield coating blocks UV and extends life.

10

Dual-silver Magnetron Process

The precious-metal series uses the industry's top dual-silver magnetron process, IR rejection 82–85%; the micro-metal series uses inorganic nano micro-metal materials, and the skin-care series uses nano-ceramic and skin-care materials.

4 fully imported coating/laminating lines, optical-grade nano-material coating line, multiple magnetron sputtering invention patents.

02 / SUPPLY CHAIN

Supply, from pellet to pallet

Imported and domestically produced TPU pellets, base film, master rolls, boxed finished goods — stocked and shipped by the same plant.

ONE PASS, ONE PLANT

From pellet to pallet, in one pass

Raw material comes in as imported and domestically produced TPU pellets; the plant casts base film, coats and laminates it, cures the stock, slits it down to finished rolls and packs for export.

Behind that chain: 2,000 t of nano-material capacity, 10M m of sun film and 7M m of TPH/TPU film per year, and an annual output value of ¥800M.
