Specifications live on the product pages. This page is the other half of the story: what the film actually looks like once it leaves the line — laminated into glass, applied to a car, boxed in the warehouse, or shipped out as a master roll.
Dimming film: automotive and architectural
Switchable film changes between clear and frosted as power is applied. Automotive use is the priority, particularly the grey and black grades; architectural use is the same film laminated into glazing.
Paint protection film: U99 / U100 / U1000 and the matte series
U99: TPU, 7.5 MIL, stain resistance ≥ 95%, 5-year warranty. U100: TPU, 8 MIL, stain resistance ≥ 98%, 8-year warranty. U1000: TPU, 10 MIL, stain resistance ≥ 98%, 10-year warranty. Yellowing ≤ 20%, scratch resistance 99%, heat resistance 240 °F. U100-PLUS and the MATT series complete the range.
Colour-change film and solar film
Colour-change film is not limited by model or colour combination, and can be removed in one piece without touching the factory paint. Solar film is specified series by series with visible light transmission, UV rejection, infrared rejection and warranty term.
Master rolls and boxed shipments
TPU semi-finished master rolls and TPU base film, together with the smaller rolls produced by 8,000 m slitting; semi-finished stock comes through the curing room, and boxed, labelled stock is held in the warehouse — custom orders are packed for export.
Raw materials: what goes in
Imported and domestically produced TPU pellets — the input that decides the final performance of the film.
Application fields
Beyond automotive, the same films serve specialty fields such as labels and tapes, medical, building and construction, transportation and food packaging.
