Everything on this page comes from our own workshop and from the delivery records of the lines we build: custom equipment is designed, assembled and tested in house, then shipped as a complete unit to the customer’s plant.
Custom magnetron sputtering lines — shipped to the U.S. and Southeast Asia
Magnetron sputtering lines are the core of our equipment business. Each unit on this page was built to its own specification: the line shipped to the United States follows the customer’s existing film stack and quality protocol, while the custom unit for Southeast Asia is engineered around that customer’s own site and process requirements — different cooling, filtration and electrical protection, the same coating principle.
Dual-direction 12-target ultra-wide magnetron sputtering
Our sputtering machines carry 12 targets in a dual-direction arrangement and can deposit more than 36 kinds of metal; the design is covered by several magnetron sputtering patents. The same platform also produces the coated substrates that leave the line as semi-finished stock — ITO film among them.
Casting and coating lines — complete units, commissioned on site
Casting and coating lines are delivered as complete production units, including die head, cooling section, web handling, oven and rewinding. Commissioning is carried out together with the customer’s own operators on site, so the line is handed over already running.
Coating and lamination: coating, lamination and hard-coat on one line
Four fully imported coating and laminating lines, plus an optical-grade nano-coating line. Coating, lamination and hard-coat are completed on a single line, and the inline monitoring system flags product issues as they appear — the qualified-product rate is 95%.
Slitting and inspection: 8,000 m rolls, re-inspected while slitting
Appearance and adhesive lines are re-inspected during slitting. Every single roll is packed under the same quality control, and bottom film from large-diameter cores is never used. Rolls with adhesive lines, adhesive spots or uneven coating are not slit at all. When a line is handed over, slitting and inspection are also run on site together with the customer’s own operators.
Supporting exhaust treatment: RTO
The environmental package that comes with a coating line: exhaust gas is oxidised at high temperature before release, and the heat recovered by the ceramic media is returned to the ovens, directly cutting gas consumption.
