Own magnetron sputtering, casting and coating lines — every roll, every custom order, made in house
FACTORY & BRAND
Jiujiang Lida Technology, in Jiangxi's Jiujiang Automobile Industrial Park, is a national high-tech enterprise with 18 years of experience in the industry — the manufacturing base behind U2 film.
It runs the world's most advanced Leybold magnetron sputtering line and Korean precision nano-coating line, and builds casting and coating lines of its own design for customers overseas.
As China's first independent sun-film factory, it holds 59% of the domestic market and exports to 57 countries across Europe, America and the Middle East, taking on custom orders for terminal film, semi-finished film and complete equipment.
This page is the factory floor itself — seven sets of real footage and photographs, from the sputtering chamber to the loading bay.
Dual-direction, 12 targets, more than 36 sputterable metals — the core of our own production, and of the lines we build for customers.
Casting and coating lines are built as complete units — die head, cooling, web handling, oven and rewinding — and commissioned on site.
Finished film leaves the plant under the customer's own brand, specification and packaging — shipped to the U.S., Southeast Asia and beyond.
TPU base film, master rolls and cured stock — the stage where every custom order is defined before slitting.
Switchable film for automotive and architectural use — clear to frosted at the flick of a switch.
Jiujiang Lida Technology, Jiangxi — ¥300M invested, 66 mu of industrial land, 36,000 m² of floor area.

R&D lab, slitting and inline inspection, curing, packaging and RTO exhaust treatment — the whole chain under one roof.
